What happened when the butcher backed into the meat grinder?
He got a little "behind" in his work.
That's how I feel - a little "behind". I have been meaning to write a bit about the California kids and their Dordt visit. For starters, check out the whole crew:
Dark shirts and shaggy hair were popular by the men in the group and tight, girl jeans followed no rules when it came to gender. All in all, I was impressed by the large group of CCS High students.
The boys and girls that came to visit were delightful. Surprisingly, they are nothing like the kids on Laguna Beach or the O.C. Apparently the So-Cal lifestyle has not gone to any of their heads. Except for the fact that they all have iPods; however, I'm not so sure they paid for all of them:

its good to know that one day these young boys will grow out of the girl pants phase, and just end up running up and down their dormitory naked or in elf thongs.

I don't know who all reads this blog, but I think you just ended the lives of many mid-westerners whose only excitement was watching Laguna Beach to see the drama that naturally unfolds in an unscripted reality show on the lustrious beaches of Cali where all women are gorgeous and all men can cheat on them without consequences. Is there really not such a place?
Don't lose hope, Kyle. All those kids are from the S.D.C. (San Diego County). Your thoughts and beliefs about the real O.C. can continue unabated.

Laguna Beach is totally unscripted, Kyle. Bill, thanks for reminding me that my post should be properly named S.D.C not just S.D.
