Ode to Rosie

I had a few minutes to waste,
so the Internet I went to in haste.

So if you have time to spare,
and what you see you don't really care,
you need to check out this site,

Watchout!

What you see you will not delight.

I've always been amazed at the multiple talents of the infamous Rosie. Talk-show host, mother, wife, political activist, and most recently, an amazing writer. I mean look at how artistically she puts the situation in Iraq:

"we were all betrayed
by those citing the reasons for invading iraq
that shifted like desert sands"

Amazing. She never ceases to amaze. Thank you, jt, from the bottom of my heart, for ruining my day.

Aaron,
You know what made my day today? I was crossing the street and I heard some Mexican music--real Mexican music, like "corner of Ash and East Valley Parkway" Mexican music. Anyway, the music got louder as the small vehicle came towards me. And what kind of vehicle was it, you ask? A white little Nissan pickup truck, complete with two Hispanics, windows down, music blaring... now my thirst has begun for my home--Mexondido.

Did the Nissan have chrome fender trim and all-weather window shields on both sides? Because man, then it would be a classic Mexican-mobile. Add to it a ghetto-rigged suspension lift with pigeon-toed tires and that thing bleeds red, white, and green. I miss home.

P.S. Do you think I've changed since my profile picture was taken?
