iGot an iPod
Yep. You heard me right—I bought an iPod.
But, before Cooper tries to give me a pat on the back, Aaron prepares to give me a "high-five" and Bill gives me his tips on iTunes, I have a confession to make. I stole it from Cooper over Christmas break.
Ok, that's not true; the confession is that I didn't listen to all of the "blogger" advice. I bought an iPod mini. The reason is, the iPod mini recently dropped in price. I bought a silver, 4G iPod mini from the Apple store for $180. Before, many of you reasoned, "Well the mini is $250 and the regular is $300, why not just pay $50 more for 16 more gigs?" At the time, you were right. But now, 1000 songs for $180 will do me just fine.
I mean what's $180 anyways: Bill probably makes that an hour, Cooper drops that in a week on Mexican food, 180 times 10 and I could buy Aaron's camera, and 180 times 50 is what Luke would have made if he put his money in aapl.
The silver beauty should be here by Spring break and I hope to get a few books on tape/sermons on it before we take our road trip to the East Coast. Any suggestions for books or sermons?

You finally bit the bullet - the silver bullet. I'm truly jealous. But I'm so happy for you and this new addition in your life. Send me pictures, OK? I don't want to miss anything.
JT-I too have changed my position on the iPod. Here's why--if you're making a trip like you are for spring break, I don't blame you for wanting an endless supply of music instead of listening to the female companions that will be accompanying you (I hope they don't read this). Kudos to you and your smart purchase.

Cooper,
I'll just leave my little "girly" iPod in your truck overnight and then it will be stolen. After this happens I will run straight to Best Buy and buy a "manly" iPod.
That seems like the only logical solution to my Pod-lem.
I'd download Hywel Jones' sermons just to hear him say "donkey."
Its so hard to keep up with all the new bloggers. Im glad to see Ive been added to somebody's site, N-Word Jim, if that is a reference to Family Guy than I officially love you. I hope one day to be able to buy an ipod, but considering I make like $5 working maintenance it will be sometime till I can afford it. Which has led me to begin my new line or work, selling crack rocks and whoring myself out to all the crazy CRC liberal guys on campus.
